How Acupuncture Helps
Support for Your Fertility Journey
Trying to conceive can be one of life's most stressful seasons — and stress itself can work against the body. Acupuncture helps calm the stress response, improve circulation to the ovaries and uterus, and bring more regularity to the menstrual cycle — creating a calmer, more balanced foundation for conception. Whether you're preparing your body for pregnancy, working alongside IVF or IUI, or hoping to conceive naturally, care is gentle, personalized, and centered on you — not just your cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
How can acupuncture support fertility?
Acupuncture is used to support circulation to the reproductive organs, help regulate the menstrual cycle, and calm the stress response that many people experience while trying to conceive. It is supportive care and not a fertility treatment on its own.
Can I use it alongside IVF or IUI?
Yes. Many patients use acupuncture as a complement to fertility treatment. We time sessions around your cycle and procedures, and we always work alongside your fertility clinic rather than in place of it.
Do you treat male fertility too?
Yes — partners are welcome. Fertility is often a two-person picture, and we are glad to see both of you.
When should I start?
Many patients begin a few months before trying or before a scheduled procedure, so there is time to settle into a rhythm. If your timeline is shorter, tell us and we will plan around it.
