What is Fire Cupping Therapy?
Cupping is an ancient therapy found across Chinese, Egyptian, Indian, and Middle-Eastern traditions. Glass cups are placed on the body and a gentle vacuum is created with heat, increasing the flow of blood and Qi through the superficial muscle layers.\n\nIt is extremely safe; any temporary cupping marks typically fade within about ten days.

Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
What does cupping feel like?
Glass cups create gentle suction that lifts the tissue — most people describe it as a firm pulling sensation, and many find it deeply relieving on tight muscles.
Will it leave marks?
Often yes. Circular discoloration is common, is not a bruise from injury, and typically fades within several days to a week. Tell us if you have an event coming up and we will place the cups accordingly.
Is fire cupping safe?
In trained hands, yes. The flame is used only to create suction inside the cup and never touches you. We review your health history first — cupping is not appropriate for every skin condition or medication.
How is it usually used?
Most often as part of a session alongside acupuncture, particularly for muscular tension and recovery.
