How Acupuncture Helps
Comfort From the Inside Out
Your digestion affects far more than your stomach — it shapes your energy, mood, and overall health. When your gut is out of balance, bloating, discomfort, and irregularity follow. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs help regulate digestion, calm gut inflammation, and ease the stress that often makes symptoms worse. In Chinese medicine, healthy digestion centers on a strong Spleen and Stomach — the body's foundation for energy and nourishment. The result is steadier digestion, less discomfort, and more reliable energy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
What digestive concerns do you see?
Patients commonly come to us for bloating, IBS-type discomfort, acid reflux, irregularity, and appetite changes. We look at digestion as part of the whole picture, including stress and sleep.
Should I still see my doctor about digestive symptoms?
Yes. Persistent or new digestive symptoms deserve a medical evaluation, and we work as a complement to that care rather than in place of it. Please tell us about any diagnosis or testing you have had.
How does acupuncture support digestion?
It is used to support healthy digestive function and to ease the tension and stress that can affect the gut. Many patients also notice their sleep and energy shift alongside it.
Do you recommend diet changes?
We may suggest simple, general adjustments that support your care. We are not a substitute for a registered dietitian, and we will say so when a referral is the better answer.
