Making an appointment is easy — book online anytime, call us at (689) 698-9800, or email support@onmaclinic.com. After you book, we'll invite you to set up your secure patient portal, where you can view your records and message us directly. You'll also receive a text or email reminder before every visit.
A valid, government-issued photo ID.
Your current insurance card(s), if you plan to use benefits.
A list of any medications or supplements you currently take.
Anything you'd like to ask your practitioner — no question is too small.

A few simple things help you get the most from every treatment.
After Your Treatment
Give your body a little space to settle — you may feel deeply relaxed, and that's exactly the point.
So we can care for every patient well, we keep a simple schedule policy.
Life happens — just give us 24 hours' notice whenever you can, and there's no fee.
Insurance & Payment
We are in-network with the VA Community Care Network, Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) PPO plans, and UnitedHealthcare PPO plans. Give us a call before your first visit and we will verify your benefits, so you know what is covered ahead of time.
If your plan is out of network — or you would rather not use insurance at all — you are welcome to pay out of pocket, and we will go over the cost of your visit before anything is scheduled. If you have questions about pricing, just ask; we are happy to walk you through it.
